Thanks for sharing the photos! Must have been a great evening - everyone looks about three sheets to the wind! I’m proud to have served on our local Literacy board for the past six years. Our celebrations are not quite so elegant!

Such fun to look at all these photos. I don’t know who Helen O’Hagen is but if her picture isn’t concealing something she looks like someone you’d love to know and have good long talks with. What a beautiful face.

Just to clarify, I’m not related to Elizabeth Peabody. Thanks for your work for literacy, Ladies…. Can’t have too much of that stuff!

I just bought my grandchildren Dr. Wayne Dyer’s children books on Life, and Money. Perhaps if they read them they will learn to avoid some of the struggles of life. We also need to promote summer reading for young children so they don’t backslide over vacation. I particularly like to promote self help books that teach life lessons, and non-fiction.

Wow Oh Wow! I’m gonna have to study this for a little fashion flare…just in case I ever have a chance to attend such a regal do-ins. I feel like a cyber-Cinderella. I have one dress that might have worked, but I dunno…. Beautiful, beautiful. One and all. But especially Liz and Joni and Leslie…goodness! You are beautiful people…and like attracts like.

Mugsy, that’s exactly what I was wondering when I saw the photo of Elizabeth Peabody.

Hmmmm. To get dressed up again and go out to some event. It’s been a long time. I’ve started missing that lately.
